Please REMOVE SecurityEdge - we did not ask for it; can't disable it; AND it's causing our own management tools to fail

We need SecurityEdge to stop so that our business can manage our own internet use; and SecurityEdge is interfering.  It should be able to be removed. We get weekly email showing that it is scanning and blocking and we never enabled it; and can't seem to disable settings by default. I've reached out to our rep who tells me to just ignore it, that it's not doing anything. But it is reporting that it is, and won't allow us to turn off (even when off, things are being blocked). We shouldn't be forced to have this as part of our service.

Our business is having continuing problems with SecurityEdge as well.  Problems that can't be mitigated on the customer's end.  I have had to call in to the support line every time the problem happens (which generally occur after an outage or modem reboot).  The problem in question is that SecurityEdge or some component of that, will block legitimate domains.  In my case, click[.]pstmrk[.]it

This domain is already added to the allow list in both SecurityEdge as well as our security appliance.  When I call in to support, the tier 1 support never really understands the problem. It always has to be escalated to an engineer, where the problem is resolved, at least until the next internet outage or modem reboot.

This is negatively impacting our business and the internet is chock-full of complaints about SecurityEdge not working properly and no concrete resolution by Comcast.  Something needs to change.  We already have our own security appliance that WORKS.  We don't need SecurityEdge and we should be able to fully disable the service, but that apparently can't be done for some unknown reason.
