Low hanging main line cable

The telephone/cable main line is sagging across our drive. Two delivery trucks have had close calls recently. Reporting this to comcast seems to be a problem.

Hello saftek and welcome, You should contact 1800-391-3000 and speak to any technical agent and request them to put in a Saftey ER ticket and a wiring crew will be dispatched to you location. Hope this helps you out.

There are low-hanging wires at 209 and 215 South 10th street, Nashville, TN 37206.  They have been hanging very low for over a year.  When should we expect this to be corrected?
