leave a better message for customers!

I get that there are outages- and that you do your best to get them fixed-- What I don't like- is that the messge that is left on the phone when potential customers call was that "this number is no longer in service"!!! That is unacceptable!! There must be a way to leave a message that there is a power outage and not "not is service"- We lost a couple of customers because of this!!!!

Please change your policy!!

This really has to be fixed! I just had a customer drive 50 miles because of what the message said. They thought we had gone out of business. Ridiculous!

So being a small Mom & Pop shop and after losing hundreds of dollars due to your outage, how do we get compensated for the down time????  Also, when I left a msg with Comcast, it indicated if I wanted to be notified when service would be back up & running by phone or text.  I opted for a text.....THE TEXT CAME 3 DAYS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  This is so unacceptable!  I believe we are due some sort of credit for all this aggrevation & lost revenue......how & whom shall I speak to about a credit??
