I paid my bill a few hours ago but still not turned back on and can't get any help...

This is bull, I showed a picture of my receipt showing I made a payment and I just keep getting told it's not showing in the system. That is the proof and no one wants to help. I'm not customer and being screwed over this is ridiculous because it's not showing in the system but I show proof with a receipt and now I'm being screwed over. I don't know but done after this month and going back to dish because if dish would have seen this proof with a receipt they would have figured away and got it turned back on. I will tell everybody and anybody I know to not go with Comcast Business Internet. This is just a way for you guys to make money off me by holding my money I'm not stupid. The customer is supposed to always be right and at this point I am right because I paid. I have

 proof with a  picture of my receipt and nobody wants to help

This is not the type of experience we want for any of our customer, @user_55091b . I would like to get this all sorted out for you. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it
