EMAIL attachment help after downloading Windows 10

Can not attach anything in email now after updating Windows 10.

When I try to attach a document. Hit the paper clip and the attachment wording pulls up but I cant see it.  only a couple letters like it is hidden behind the TO: and CC:.

I have updated and tried everything.  I have business emails that need to be sent and cant.

Anyone know what to do please?

Hello gwingate and welcome,

I am currently running Windows 10 and I can use the Business Class Email to add attachments by doing the following:

* open up your email then select New Message

* add the To email address, then add the Subject, then click on the Attachment link

* this will allow you to Browse you computer for any file you want to attach.

*after you complete the attchment, click done, then if it is ready to send, click Send.

Hope this helps you out.

Thank you for the response!

I dont think I clearly explained what was happening.

Ive been able to use attachment (paperclip) option in our business email.  But when I downloaded updated Windows 10 I am experiencing issues.

Now after the Windows 10 update when i go to attach a document in the email by clicking the paperclip it opens then its like the option to attach is hidden behind the address fied (TO: & From:)  You can see the bottom of the attachment wording but cant click on it to attach.

This didnt happen until I updated Windows 10.  Im think i might have to go back and just revert and uninstall the update.  what a mess.

Hmmmm, it does sound like a Windows 10 Edge update issue. Try downloading Google Chrome for Windows 10 and log into your Business Class Portal and see if that works correctly. If it does then you know it has something to do with some Windows 10 update as you say.

...my (new) Avatar is a clip of the issue; if you can zoom in on it - you'll get a bit of a better view.

I've had the same issue for months now!

Indifferent of Edge or Chrome, and several different PC's in my office running different Windows versions... when I click on the paperclip for attachments; the text selection boxes (and text) appear one layer below as a garbled layer.

I have little doubt this is a Comcast/Outlook -- which is to say a Comcast issue.

In several phone conversations with 'open' tickets on the subject over many months now I'm still waiting for tech support to call and resolve this issue... and waiting.... and waiting.

If anyone has a solution - I'm all ears.

Regards, John
