cancel business account

want to cancel our business account and was told I have to give 30 days notice. Does that sound right to you good folks.  ALSO they tell me I can't do it online AND they have to send me a document that I have to sign. Seems fishy to me, is there ANY chance I was talking to a scammer? 

I just want to cancel a business account.

ok so I called 1 800 391 3000 and could NOT cancel the account!!! nothing seemed to work. I couldn't get in touch with a person at the retention center, I tried the phone tree and even tried to find a physical Comcast location. HOW CAN I CANCEL THIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!! surely there has to be an online option.
