Business Internet Intermittent Outages
We have a business internet connection in Duluth Georgia. Ever since we have had this service we experience outages several times a week. These outages can last for a few minutes to a few hours. Often these occur in the middle of the night which our router logs record. Today we had disconnect for several minutes before it reconnected. We have had technicians on site several times and they even replaces the Comcast equipment. None of this has fixed the problem. The outage is most definitely on the comcast router/modem side of things. There is no power problems and our Cisco based intranet does not go down while the internet is offline. It is currently running fine but this interuption is all too common and negatively affect our business. What else can we do? I hope we can get this resolved but we may have exhausted all options at this point.
