Boot File Corrupt
I have a new Cisco Docsis3.1 Modem just installed about a week ago. During this one week I have a problems that even comcast engineers had difficulty identifying.
Every time there is an update, my boot file is lost. I have static IP addresses and then my internet access fails. Calling Comcast always want me to reboot modem. And after i tell them what could be the problem, their engineers then update the bootfile.
Is this Cisco centric problem or is it Comcast update problem?
