wifi pro DHCP troubleshooting

We have some users/devices unable to reach the Internet while connected to a private Wifi network created within the Wifi Pro portal. The problem lies within the fact that the device is unable to obtain an internal IP address via DHCP. In my situation, the majority of users have no issues. Manually assigning an IP address within the DHCP scope successfully remedies the issue.

How can I troubleshoot this issue with the small subset of users?

There are no console logs available to review any sort of configuration issue within Wifi Pro nor see a list of devices connected.

Thanks for reaching out to Comcast Business Support. We can take a closer look at your issue. We see the private message on our end, and we will pick back up over there.

This is still a problem intermittently. We are a Mac shop and this issue happened today on MacOS Sequoia.

Is there a way to know what the Wifi Pro device limit is rated for?

user_be830e There is actually no set limit on the device count. The exact number depends on the internet speed tier you choose, and the demands placed on the network by the connected devices; however, it is designed to support multiple users and devices in a business setting, allowing for efficient connection management through features like bandwidth allocation and network prioritization.
