No response whatsoever to DM sent to Comcast Business 9 days ago!!!!!

I have used Verizon for over 20 years and made the huge mistake of reaching out to Comcast Business to explore switching phone and internet services. Sales rep had me sign contracts for the installation of 2 business internet locations while on the phone with him. Within one hour, I requested to have the installations cancelled due to the significant cost of having to pay off existing Verizon routers. Rep urged me not to cancel the installations by offeringVisa gift cards. When I sent him the payoff information on my Verizon equip as requested, I got no response from him whatsoever. I then requested a no-cost release from the Comcast contract (even though at this point it was 2 days past the trial window). Again no response. This rep offered credits he never intended to deliver on, just to keep us on schedule for installation. Our business is extremely small, and this service is NOT FEASIBLE for us in this economy without those credits, and I would have cancelled both installations immeditately if it wasn't for this bogus offer. I feel swindled and requested a no-cost release from the service (including installation fees) a few days past the 30 day window, once it became clear to me that I was lied to. Still no response, nor can I find contact information for the other person whose name is signed in my contracts. This whole experience has been a huge mistake financially and I have wasted valuable hours upon hours trying to get a resolution. The shady rep has disappeared completely, and Comcast business will not respond to my request. How can I get anywhere with this?? I am beyond frustrated!!!
