Multi-Tenant Office Building

I have a property management company that took over an office building.

Previously the office building was a single tenant. Now we split it into multi-tenant.

However, Comcast does not recognize the new suite numbers to set up a new service. As such the tenants are unable to get service.

Any advice other than to have a single account split up?

Hello and Happy Monday, ! I hope you had a great weekend! I also appreciate you taking a moment out of your day to reach out to us on our Community Forums! You’ve reached the best place and perfect person to help with virtually all of your account needs!

Going forward, I'm sorry to hear about the serviceability issues you're having with the newly adapted multi-unit changes made recently at your office building. We may need to open up a ticket with our serviceability team to have this corrected in our system so that we can create new accounts for them!

To get the ball rolling on this process, please send us a private chat message by selecting the “chat” icon on the top right side of our page and then using our singular Xfinity Support handle (not an agent name) to get started. Once you have started a chat message, please provide your name and service address as it appears on your monthly billing statements. Thanks again for both your time and patience!
