When I login to my Comcast Business account it only shows me service status at my location. I occasionally want to check service status for our other offices in WI and IN. How do I do that?

We recently Moved from ATT to comcast and had comcast phone lines and Internet Installed on December 31st. We are portijng our existing numbers from ATT and was told the numbers were going to be ported on January 6th. As of today they are still not ported and no one can tell me what is going on. Thi

Does anyone know who I can contact up the "food chain" in Comcast's Business unit about how our installation process is going so far and the problems we are having? We are half way through an 8 office SD WAN and BVE installation and as the IT Director, I would rather have 4 root canals done at once

Two numbers were ported from AT&T to Comcast Small Business Voice. Incoming calls are not being received because the landline phone is not ringing at all. Also, how do I setup voicemail on these landline phones?
