Disappointed
Called customer service three weeks ago to cancel account. Talked to agent who told me it was taken care of. Just got my bill and they are still charging me. Called customer support just now and was told I needed to sign a form to cancel. Why [Edited: "Language"] didn't the first agent send me the form? Now I'm paying for another two months because they need 30 day written notice.
Will never use Comcast business again, they [Edited: "Language"]!!
