voiceedge desktop version 1.57.0 ringing doesn't stop
We just went live this week. When I receive and pick up a call with a USB headset, the pc speaker continues to ring. I have to End Task VoiceEdge to stop it from ringing. I need a fix asap.

@dml66 I’m sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your calls. Have you checked the Bluetooth settings and ensure it's connected before use and the calls start?

We also have this issue - just gets triggered and then the only way to stop it is to reboot. The app either doesn't ring at all or it does this! I need to leave it on DND all the time and only use it for outgoing calls - ridiculous for a communication company
