SPAM calls on overhead paging

Several times per week our company receives spam calls of some kind that are dialing directly into our overhead paging system.  This, of course, is quite disruptive.  Is there any way to put a filter on that line so that it can only receive calls from our internal numbers?

@SignsNowRFD. Have you tried call settings through My Account? What voice service are you subscribed to?

@Comcast_Ethan I'm on Business Voice Edge.  I see how I could do those things on my own line, but the overhead page line isn't assigned to a user so I can't tell how to get into it to change those privacy settings.

Do you have a Comcast Business My Account profile set up?

We've been experiencing this same issue.  I followed the link and performed the steps to enable privacy settings.  Shortly after the PA went off and the call log listed a call from Name Unavailabl.  This needs to be fixed.

Good Morning, and thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention via our very own Xfinity community!
We can most certainly understand how this is something that could cause quite the nuisance when operating a business and having a call come in like that over the PA!
Please feel free to send us a message following the steps outlined below, and please be sure to include your first and last name, and full-service address, so that we can dive in a bit further here and see what's going on!

To send a "Peer to peer" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

When I type Xfinity Support in the "To:" line it only lists:  support, SupportersAS, supportatSJ, SupportCallMeNow, support-cal-ipc, support700, SuperSmashGames.......
When I try to type just Xfinity in the "To:" line it only lists: No results found

Should I open a new Topic for this issue?
