List of incoming calls to our main number or a particular extension
Our bill only has a high level overview, not incoming calls.
The excel spreadsheets we download on the manager or user portal only show outgoing calls.
Is there a way to get the volume of calls? We are considering hiring a virtual receptionist and need incoming call volume to get an accurate quote and set up. Is it possible to get that?

Hi JJPeterson and thank you for reaching out. There are two articles that might help with the Call Logs so you can track the incoming volume. The first is Access call history for your Business VoiceEdge account and the second, since it sounds like you have trunking with the extensions would be Access your Comcast Business Trunks Call Detail Records .
