Intermittent Outbound Call busy signal with Comcast Business App

We use the Comcast Business App with our VoiceEdge line every day when we work remotely. Just recently we are getting seemingly random, intermittent busy signals when placing outbound calls from the app. We have tested and made sure that the recipient was not on their line when we received the busy signal. If a destination number gives a busy signal, that destination number will continue to give the busy signal regardless of how many times we try to call it. This phenomenon is new in the last 2 weeks. We haven't encountered it before in 1.5 years of using this app. It doesn't look like there are any service outtage issues in our area.

 

We have tried logging out and in several times as well as re-installing the app. Neither seems to have any impact the issue. Thank you in advance if you have any ideas on how we can overcome this issue.

Did you end up finding a solution to this problem?  I keep experiencing it.  Makes it difficult for me to make sales calls when I am working from home.  Thanks for any input.
