Can't talk to a human

If you're thinking about changing, DON'T DO IT!  It took me 15 minutes to get a human to help me.  Sometimes you call one of our stores and it tells you the number is not in service.  There is no emergency cut through the [Edited: "Language"] number to call.  I told the guy and he really didn't care, that's just the way it is so basically [Edited: "Language"].  You're stuck with the robo phone, there is no online chat.  These phones absolutely [Edited: "Language"].  We are getting rid of them.  Their customer service [Edited: "Language"].  Now the guy did help me fix the problem, but no way should a commercial customer get [Edited: "Language"] around like this.  BAD BAD BAD COMPANY.

You guys are terrible!  I've been trying to get a hold of a real life person to help me troubleshoot my internet for 30 minutes.  I'm getting the robo runaround and no call back!  Right now I'd settle for a human to talk to so that I can cancel this worthless service that you clowns call internet.
