Can't receive transferred calls

All calls that come in to the receptionist here and are then transferred to me, or my manager, are silent for both me and the calling party. I can pick up the receiver at my desk to receive the call, but the app will not work. I can, however, receive direct calls to the app, and I can make calls from the app without any issue.

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
