Is there a way for me to control how Caler ID on Outgoing calls shows up?

Fo those that care -

 

Caller ID is controlled at the Business VoiceEdge User portion of teh portal.  Select Change Phone in the upper right.  Select the Change Phone pull-down.  Select Manage Settings and edit the Caller ID setting.

 

Also, our business phone was setup to only show our company name.  This is a setting that Comcast needs to set.

@tgrwa I'm trying to get Comcast to set up our Business VoiceEdge so that only our company name shows up for all outgoing calls no matter which user's phone is making the call. So far no luck. The outgoing ID shows up as our main number (an inside line - not the main number that we publish and own which forwards to that inside Comcast main number) plus United States under the number. This is a big deal because everyone (including customers) screens their incoming calls. If they don't recognize the number or see that it's us, they won't answer the call. Help???

I'm having same issue.  For some reason our outgoing calls are displaying as "AA" on customer's caller ID.  I've called Comcast business voice edge and they tell me no where does my account show 'AA' as caller ID.  I just found website, www.calleridtest.com and it list my phone number's ID as "AA".  

Can't seem to get this fixed.

user_84b3d8 Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.
 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
