Is there a way to reset a voicemail box? I am re-assigning the voicemail/number to a new employee and, of course, the previous user never deleted any vm's. Since there is no way to bulk delete, I had hoped to reset the box.

@Comcast_Gabby So are you saying that the solution is for my new employee to clean out the old employees messages or am I supposed to log on to teh phone via the app and do this myself rather than having a simple DELETE ALL in the web interface?

In the old voiceedge portal, you could at least delete 10 voicemails at a time. The current portal only allows you to delete ONE at a time, which is incredibly frustrating and time consuming. Especially when the portal is very slow, taking up to 20-30 seconds between delete. There should be an optio

Issue 1:My voicemail box filled up 6 weeks ago and stopped taking messages.Since there is no notification I have no way of knowing my box is full, therefore I am losing messages and potentially business.  Issue 2: One I realized the box was full I went to my online portal and attempted to bulk delet

The Business VoiceEdge App does not appear to have a way to allow Administrators to add in Company User's Cell Numbers.  This would be extremely beneficial to have as a feature.  Similarly, it would be beneficial to be able to upload a CSV file or link to Outlook.
