I don't have the option to manage email.  Does this need to be activated by customer service or do I need to do something with my account for it to work?

We recently moved to a new office building down the street and have been having a heck of a time getting Comcast service to the building. It already has cable run to the building but the signal is too weak to provide internet or TV service. The problem is the construction team keeps sending it back

Promised $200.00 Gift Card been told the card is in the mail each time I call in. I have given a different address  because the first  They said. It was not deliverables. I receive my bill no problem but for some reason that gift card can't? I think it's time for my lawyer involved. So si

One of our Business Voice Edge users has an assigned Voice Edge number and has been using it for a considerable amount of time, but does not appear in the Company Directory when we search for his name, extension, or phone number. How do we force the Directory to pick up on existing users, and how do

@JMcGeary That is a good question! I truly depends on the software/system your company uses to maintain the listings. I would recommend reaching out to your local IT support group to assist in making the update.
