Line 2 not ringing when connected to Line 1

Having an issue with our second phone line.  When connected on Line 1 and another call comes in, rather than Line 2 ringing and allowing us to put line 1 on hold to take the call, it only beeps and then is disconnected.  There is no time to place Line 1 on hold.  I'm not even sure it is going to voicemail and it concerns me how many calls we are missing. Any insight??

We appreciate you reaching out to us on our Comcast Business Support Forums, dcjt.

I apologize for any frustration caused by the issue you're having with your Comcast Business Voice lines. Are these regular phone lines or, are they VOIP (voice over IP) lines?

It's not fixed.  Line 2 still isn't working and the last two lines are mixed up

@Comcast Business You guys need to post the fixes for these issues here for those of use who would like to resolve these issues without calling in every time. Isn't that the point of a forum???
