Having an issue with our second phone line.  When connected on Line 1 and another call comes in, rather than Line 2 ringing and allowing us to put line 1 on hold to take the call, it only beeps and then is disconnected.  There is no time to place Line 1 on hold.  I'm not even sure it is going to voi

@Comcast Business You guys need to post the fixes for these issues here for those of use who would like to resolve these issues without calling in every time. Isn't that the point of a forum???
