Close a Business Account

How does one go about closing up a business account? Contacted via telephone back on March 18th 2018 to shutter account. The business is closed and has no money left. Owners are 83 and 81 and cannot comprehend things anymore. Just trying to close an account and get our balance which keeps increasing written off. I am sure you can tell we haven't used any type of service in at least 3 or more months. Thanks.

It is Impossible to close my account. Days waisted trying to contact anyone who knows how to use the complicated system. Robots always waisting my time with no result ever. Such a Waist of time  and money. I will not pay anything. Robots will ruin your business
