I am currently updating the E911 information for our city on our PRI. The 2nd field on the lookup form is called "User" and shows as "PRI Trunking" which is the name which comes up on our PSAP screen when called. We have approximately 330 DID's we need to update for E911. Do I have to do them all, individually, via the portal, or is there a mechanism for uploading a spreadsheet with the information which would then be used to update? If a spreadsheet can be used, how would it need to be formatted?
