Hello did this ever get resolved? We switched from ATT to comcast and now our phone lines to revenue well and have had the same issue. We are a business and this is just horrible.

We did contact comcast business and they were unable to give us a resolution. I also called ATT they stated that they couldn't do anything about it. We are a business in which we need our phones working 110% of the time as patients call in and we are

ATT calls are not coming in to our Comast business line, sporadic with some calls arriving. Verizon, other carrier calls seem to be fine
