ATT calls not coming in

Hello did this ever get resolved? We switched from ATT to comcast and now our phone lines to revenue well and have had the same issue. We are a business and this is just horrible.

We did contact comcast business and they were unable to give us a resolution. I also called ATT they stated that they couldn't do anything about it. We are a business in which we need our phones working 110% of the time as patients call in and we are losing business on a daily basis.  We do need to find a solution as this has been going on for some time now.

We can most certainly help review and escalate the issue @user_554ec1. Are you only experiencing issues with AT&T users reaching out? Are you aware of other land and cellular providers experiencing issues with making incoming calls?
