This is getting quite irritating
Now my option to edit my website has disappeared.
If this has to do with the migration that happened I am going to blow my top.
I was told that I wouldn't need to pay any extra fees or buy any extra services to access my email after the migration by someone from the cloud solutions support, but then after the migration they informed me that that person was incorrect. So now I don't have business email anymore. I asked if it would affect any other services on my account and the told me it was just the email.
When I signed up I was told that a Comcast Business account came with 2 email boxes and basic website hosting. Not that these were promotional addons. They were part of the service. That is what I bought. Why am I not getting what I bought.

I went to go into my B2B site as I always do every week to post to my 2 websites, one basic & one Ecomerece site.
And I could not get to them at all, of course it was the holiday weekend and no phone reps that I could talk to
were no clue / help.
I was called by someone higher up the tech ladder and they left a message, so when I called back at the number left
I was basically told I opted out of up grading to the new platform??
They said they sent an email to the xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@businessxxxxxxxxxxxxx.comcastbiz.xxxxxxxxxxxxx and because they did not here from me I opted out ??
1st - that is not the primary email on the account - how could they know unless they looked at the account
2nd - I clicked on nothing to opt out of anything
3rd - they did not notify me by the B2B portal, letter, email or even on the bill of a service change
unlike the discontinuing of the calendar witch was seen in many places, and will be missed!
4th - the cloud service wants $19.95 more a month for what our standard service was -
if you are going to remove it, lower our service that amount
I am going to get my contract out and look at it because I / we have not changed it to see what can be done!

Well it's been 3 weeks
Bad News - still can't get to my old web sites
Good News - Every web site I had is some where else now and is much faster!
I can not in good faith recomend anything B2B right now!
