This is getting quite irritating
Now my option to edit my website has disappeared.
If this has to do with the migration that happened I am going to blow my top.
I was told that I wouldn't need to pay any extra fees or buy any extra services to access my email after the migration by someone from the cloud solutions support, but then after the migration they informed me that that person was incorrect. So now I don't have business email anymore. I asked if it would affect any other services on my account and the told me it was just the email.
When I signed up I was told that a Comcast Business account came with 2 email boxes and basic website hosting. Not that these were promotional addons. They were part of the service. That is what I bought. Why am I not getting what I bought.
