Requesting MySQL

I have an hosting account with Comcast having Business Plan. I want to add MySQL Database for my site however not able to find how to add MySQL. As per I read over different articles in documentation it says I need to request for MySQL database. So How can I do so? I have called on different support numbers however always got it busy and never able to talk with the support.

Please help me add MySQL for my site. Its really urgent.
