How to check email using a browser after migration?
Used to login to business.comcast.com to use webmail and to see if any valid messages were in the Junk folder by mistake. How do I do this now that we have been migrated over?

Hi KGSupport and welcome to the business forums.
I would like to help with your email access. Since the migration to Cloud Solutions, email is now checked by on the Office 365 platform: https://business.comcast.com/cloud/office365. If you need any assistance, please send me a private message with your full name, the full site address and the phone number associated on the account.

I am trying to access my web email, as well. Do we have to purchase Office 365 just to read our email? So many people are being forced to use the cloud when we never wanted it and there is always cost associated with it, when we already pay for email as part of our Internet package.
This is rediculous.

Hi rb and welcome to the business forums.
I do understand your concern in regard to your email services. Comcast will no longer support webmail. Please refer here for any questions regarding Office 365: http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Domain-Names-Static-IP/New-Cloud-Solutions/m-p/33544.
