Domain Still not transferred-04302015
Hello all at Comcast/Tech support, I hope this message finds you all well and living abundantly.
I have a domain that I thought I had transferred over to Comcast/Xfinity back in 2012.
In 2013 I received an email from Magohart's old registrar that I owed them money for registration fees. I sent many letters to Comcast/Xfinity to no avail. I am not sure what to do when you have a problem. When you call the business support team they have never given me a confirmation number and the like. I ask for supervisors and I can hear laughing on the other end. I went down to Philadelphia corporate and they were unable to help. I sent letter after letter and very simply just given up.
Yesterday I received an email that domain would expire and that I needed to renew.
Please, advise if my domain is registered with Comcast/Xfnity.
And if it is not why! I sent the authorization codes?
