Commerce Web Hosting

I need help upgrading my hosting plan to match my bill.  I'm being charged for Commerce, but the management interface claims starter.  I need the commerce solution.

Hello cdr67 and welcome, This is the means ( http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/web-hosting/update-or-downgrade-web-hosting-starter-plan/ ) by which you should be able to upgrade your webhosting package. If you are still having problems, just contact 800-391-3000, using the billing option and any billing agent can provide direct assistance. Hope this helps you out.
