Why isn't the Xfinity TV Go app available for business TV customers?

Business Class TV currently does not provide or support the following:

1. Premiums stations such as HBO, Cinemax, etc.

2. Streaming TV such as StreamPIX, Xfinity TV Go, etc.

3. On Demand

4. PPV, with exceptions of specific sporting promoter / production major boxing , UFC , and WWE events.

One primary reason for this is that business TV requirements are focused toward private and public viewing customer types directed towards Offices, Restaurants and Bars, Gyms, Hotels, which more detail and information can be seen here.  The business TV and residential TV market service requirements are different and for this reason provisions are accommodated accordingly.  The different business channel  packages are provided to accomodate all the multiple business requirements and is doneso at the best price performance services bundling basis.

Okay good to know, finally an answer as to why I do not  have HBO.

How can I change from Business to Residential in order to get HBO?

My business intends on having "theme nights" for our local knitters and I can't throw a "Games of Thrones" theme night if I can't get HBO.

I asked Comcast about this and was told that they are not legally allowed to offer residential service on properties that are zoned comercial (and vice-versa). In order to get switched over, you would have to have your property re-zoned as residential only. Zoning is what dictates which service (residential or business) you receive. I rent a house that is on the property of a hotel. The entire property is zoned comercial. I have tried and tried and tried, but I was told there is nothing that can be done, expcept for changing the zoning. I am stuck with Xfinity Business in my rental home.
