Tiling and voice cutouts

I have contacted customer service regarding tiling an audio issues, being told over the last 6 days that repair crews are working on the issue.

I have 25 rooms of guests complaining. I know the recent hurricane in Florida May have caused issues. But why can’t this issue get resolved. Unable to use TVs with any clear picture.

Just need to know when tiling and voice cutout will be fixed. Getting no real response from normal customer service.
