Request for Review of Video Service Billing [Edit]

Dear Comcast Business Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding our December 2025 bill for Account [Edited: "Personal Information"]. We would appreciate your help reviewing the video services portion of the invoice to confirm that our account setup and outlet counts are accurate.

Our facility is a 61-bed location, and we noticed the invoice reflects 173 outlets for Limited Basic Service and TV Standard, as well as a corresponding Broadcast TV Fee. Because this number appears higher than what we believe is currently in use, we are hoping to verify the following:

  1. The number of video outlets Comcast has on record for this account.
  2. The service plan or contract associated with these outlet counts.
  3. Whether any updates are needed to ensure the account reflects our current equipment and usage.
  4. Any available options for adjustments moving forward, if appropriate.

Our intention is simply to make sure the billing aligns with our present needs and configuration. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing the account details and advising us on next steps.
