ComCast TV Remote App (iOS) doesn't let me log in?

Downloaded the app from the App Store installed on my iPad Mini.

 

The app doesn't recognize my ComCast Business login credentials.

 

Any ideas?

 

I have ComCast Business TV via a Pace RNG110 box.

I have read in some special forums that it may take a few times to login to the Comcast Remote App Video Server due to the volume of customer usage.

I'm having this same problem.  I've been over the docs several times and I'm doing everything correctly.


However the remote app does not recognize my @cmacfresno.comcastbiz.net email address.

Hi cmacfresno.  The remote app is for use with the  "X1 Entertainment Operating System", currently for residential customers, and utilizes the @comcast.net email address for access. Please let me know if your current set-up has the "X1 Entertainment Operating System" or if additional assistance is needed with your service.

These are the business class support forums, so of course I don't have residential service, I have business service.
