Norton toolbar

So updating Norton and downdating Firefox to 28 won't fix Norton toolbar.

Hello captim76 and welcome,

 

I am not exactly sure what Norton issue you are having. However, whenever issues occur with Norton, the best practice to resolve them is to de-install Norton from you computer, then restart you computer, then log back into the Business Class Portal and download a fresh copy of Norton.
