Norton Security Suite account access

Question

I saw some where that the option to disable the hotpsot was on the internet tab in the admin settings and was only avaialble to the program manager or a service manager role user.  I do not see anything but norton antivirus download option.

Hello bryonh and welcome,

The only way for you to have the DPC3939b hotspot disabled is to contact 800-391-3000, and speak to a technical agent to have them log in to you Comcast Gateway to disable it.
