Disappointed With Comcast Biz Class Broken Promises RE: Norton

When our company signed up with Comcast Business Class internet in 2008, all Business Class were promised 25 free installations of the current Norton security product.

Over the years, Comcast has progressively reduced that allowance, lessening the value of their overall package.  It was reduced to five free installations, then around 2014 it was reduced to three free installations.  Then, with the implementation of "Cloud Solutions," Comcast began charging you for what you were entitled to as free when you signed up.  Your free email went away and Office 365 came in as a paid product; your free Nortons went way and are now a paid product (at a price that is more than what Norton would charge you if you bought directly from them!!).
