Can't access upware (Apps Marketplace)

To whom it may concern:

 

 I got the error screen to download Norton from Upware (Apps Marketplace).

I used to download from this link before.

Attached is the screenshots when I got the error.

 

Please let me know how to get to download it.

Hello KM annd welcome,

 

Please try the following this alternative process to download Norton Internet :

 

1. After you log into the Business Class Portal (BCP), click the top middle Support tab, then click the Buisness Internet Icon

2. Under Getting Started , click on Download Norton Internet Security Online link.

 

This will walk you through the exact instructions as to go about downloading Norton Anti-Virus from the BCP.

Thank you for your advice.

 

This is the exactly same step I took but I got the error after step 2 as attached png with the URL "https://upware.comcast.com/internalError?618846886".

 

Please let me know how to go further.

You will need to contact 800-391-3000 and speed to a technical high speed internet agent. Have them run through their simulator on your BCP account to show them the error. Then they will put in a Tier 2 ticket to get this resolved for you.
