Sharepoint Woes
I received a message from Comcast Jon after working through sharepoint access issues. When I tried to reply to that post, I received an error because PM option was not enabled on Comcast Jon's account. So I'm pasting in the message body below. Can someone assist me in exercising option two, purge sharepoint site, to help me get things working.
Thanks
Michael

Based on this image it appears your UID is in conflict with our server it self.
Namely our server has another email account as the primary admin for share point site.
To remedy this there is two method:
1. Is for us to contact our server admin team to correct the UID (email account) with the server.
- This process does take some time to complete, normally around 1 week, however this method is least destructive.
2. With your permission we can 'purge' your site.
- This process does have a shorter turn around, but it means all content will be lost and you will have to restart the SP site process

Still no response and cannot access sharepoint. Please point me in another direction if there is one? This doesn't feel much like quality small business support here.
