Sharepoint Site Deleted

My Sharepoint site was deleted in error. I cannot login at this point. Is it possible to recover the deleted site? Or, at least be able to create a new site?

Based on your response your SharePoint has to be rebuilt, for you to access it.

The community would like to help but can you clarify a few items for us?

1. Did you log in to your MyAccount using the primary account?

2. Did you use the option called "delete" when you were deleting the site?

3. What kind of error are you getting?

Yes. I used the Primary Account.

2. Did you use the option called "delete" when you were deleting the site?

I believe "DELETE Site" was selected.

3. What kind of error are you getting?

I can no longer login to Sharepoint using Manager Tools -> Internet -> Manage SharePoint. I get the following error, "HTTP 404 Not Found".
