Sharepoint Access

PLEASE HELP!  We're having the same problem and no one at support even knows what Sharepoint is!  I've been transferred to Web Hosting twice now.  The Admin user, my account, can login and edit things locally on the webpage but all Outlook Syncing is broken.  My other staff are unable to do anything with Outlook syncing as well, but additionally they cannot login to the webpage to even work and recieve the Access Denied error.

So I found the problem, with no help at all from Comcast.  We all had bookmarks and Outlook integration, but apparently they moved us to a different server without saying anything.  Had been on www.po2.comcast.com for 4 years and now they moved us to www.w14b.comcast.com.  Email was also moved and Outlook picked up the changes without any complaints as it should, but they still left our "old" sharepoint site up and live for some stupid reason.
