Sharepoint Access Denied after migration

Since the migration this weekend,  access is denied for the new W14D address. We can still log into the HMC1, but cannot edit any information. When accessing the new W14D address from the Comcast Business website, I receive Access Denied. I have spoken to Comcast tech support and have been told to research for my own answer using Microsoft online help. Looks like many people are having issues after the weekend change over and help would be most appreciated.

I have used three different browsers

I have cleared cookies

I have logged in with different access level Id's

mpm,

Thank you for the reply.

Based on this information we will need to engage our regional support team to correct your My Account portal.

Please send me the following information via pm (private message), so I may assist.

1. Your Full Name

2. Your Account Number

3. The primary admin email account

4. A Business contact number with hours of availability.

Thank you

Hello mpm and welcome,

You can only make modification to your Sharepoint by being the administrator email user or have Sevices Management permissions. Please log into your administrator email account that uses the comcastbiz.net suffix and please let us know if you are still having issues. Also, please provide the email address suffix (or domain name) that you are having issues with.

Look forward to hearing from you.

HI Rich,

I am using the primary  account holder login information and I am still getting access denied.

Email Suffix theshutterbug.com

To be clear, I can log into the Share Point on HMC1 but can not make changes to the site. When I log into Share Point from the Comcast Business Class webisite it takes me to the new W14D site and issues access denied.

Thank you

HI Jon,

I have tried using Chrome, Firefox and Explorer.

No one can edit out sharepoint site on HMC1

No user can log into the new SharePoint location on W14D even from the Comcast Business website. All users receive

Error: Access Denied

Hello mpm,

Welcome to the forum.

The community would like to help but can clarify a few items for us?

1. What is the Internet browser you are using?

2. Does your share point site have any other user who can access it directly from the Comcast website?

Thank you

I believe I'm having the same issue. I have tried multiple browsers: Safari, Firefox and chrome which all fail consistently.  I have not tried to use the sharepoint site for about a year.  I have a need for it now and would like to set it up. The solution posted above seem to have been solved via a private message. I'm unsure what to do it this point.
