Outlook not working
Is there something going on with the hosted exchange server that Outlook won't connect? We have several computers that have no issue logging in on the web client, but Outlook won't connect. Everything was fine at the end of the day yesterday, today Outlook doesn't work. I ran through all the settings and everything is correct. Using the repair option in Outlook, it goes through auto discovery and says everything went fine, but when going back to Outlook, it says disconnected in the bottom right corner. Any suggestions?

The community would like to assist, but can you clarify a few items for us?
1. Have you try to connect a single computer directly to the Comcast modem and test the sync?
2. When you were testing the settings did you create a new profile?
