Hello Curtainsnthings,

Welcome to the forum.

The community would like to help, but can you clarify few items for us?

1. On this new PC, did you had or have any version of Outlook intall on it?

2. Do you have 32 or 64 version of Windows 7?

Thank you

I'm following up to the same issue -- "Not a valid Win32 application."  I am having the same problem, and DO have an older version of Outlook -- 2007.  Is this a problem?   I'm using Windows 7 also -- 64.  thanks!

Hello pupsy,

Welcome to the forum.

If you "do" have an older Outlook 2007, it will cause a conflict on your installation of Outlook 2010.

If you are interested in using Outlook 2010 you may have to uninstall it.

Before any troubleshooting however, please make sure to "backup" all your data on Outlook 2007.

This is a tutorial from Microsoft in regards to creating .pst file (Create and use .pst data files in different versions of Outlook)

Thank you
