Not recieving emails but able to send
Hello, I have been able to send emails but not recive them.
Emails sent to me come back not deliverable.
Please help!

Could you please provide some additional information as follows:

1. Are you referring to your Comcast Business Class Portal Webmail address? If not could you please provide the actual email address?
2. Can you send to your current email address that you are referring to above?

Yes, this is my comcast business class email. The email adress is sarah@heartbeatquilting.com.

Hello again sarahv,
It does not appear that your email domain is hosted by Comcast per the following:
ns-1759.awsdns-27.co.uk.
ns-475.awsdns-59.com.
ns-582.awsdns-08.net.
1 7200 900 1209600 86400
Apparently your domain is currently being hosted by AMAZON. If you want to rectify your issue then Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting and follow all of these instructions. You should also consider using the Manage Services.Email.View DNS Info for the required MX, NS, CNAM, PTR records that are required.
