Manage SharePoint option has disappeared

Hello snellsf and welcome,

Please make sure you logging into the Business Class Portal (BCP) using the administrator account to have Sharepoint management access.  Sharepoint users permissions access can be setup only by the BCP administrator (Business Owner or Services Manager/Administrator permissions specifically) account only.

Thank you for the response. But I don't think this is the solution to what was going on.  Someone else from our company spoke with one of your reps who referred the problem to your engineering department for software analysis, rework and a solution.  It has been fixed now, but was not an issue of privileges and accesses.  Steve at Academy Auto
