Internal Emails are not being sent or received

Is there something going on with Comcast's Exchange Server? I noticed earlier today it took 20+ minutes for my co-workers to receive an email I sent out and now since 1:00PM no emails can be received from the same domain. I sent 10-15 test emails including myself and none are being received. I put a ticket into their Tier 2 support and was told they would contact me within 4 hours. Called back in and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours? Really? 

 

How can a company use a service where we cant email each other?

 

This hosted exchange has been nothing but problems since the start. Thanks Comcast.

We have been having the same exact problem today as well. Messages sent to or from other mail domains works fine, but internally our messages are not reaching recipients.

I am having the same problem.  I have logged into the web portal and cannot send myself an email from there, nor to any of my other users.  This is very clearly a COMCAST problem.  Comcast?  Are you there?

I really wish Comcast would treat this with a higher priority. Still no help ;(
